I’m a little late again in posting my meal plan for the week, but better late than never, right? I think I need to start planning a little earlier than I normally do in order to have it finished on Sunday.
I’m currently sitting at Starbucks (on my second cup of coffee) writing this. I stayed up way too late last night, and I was in serious need of some caffeine. Lunch today was at Panera. I got my usual Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado, which was just okay. There was only one tiny little sliver of bacon in the whole bowl. It’s just not the same without the bacon. Bacon just makes everything better, don’t you agree?
This is my grain-free meal plan for the week:
Dinner: Grain-free Beef Enchiladas
Lunch: Tuna White Bean Salad
Lunch: Turkey Tomato Sauce w/ Zoodles (zucchini noodles)
Dinner: Sweet Potato & Kale Chicken Patties
Dinner: Tilapia (still looking for a recipe)
Lunch: Green Eggs and Turkey
